Hello All,

we have just started a small fishing club at our local pub and had our first match 2 weeks ago. we had the match at a fishery where i am a member and fish often. guess what, i blanked and came last and got the p*ss taken out of me all weekend.

the next match this coming saturday is at Hawford Bridge Fishery in Worcestershire and i need to restore some pride. i dont know which of the 3 lakes we are fishing yet sorry. any general advice on bait and tactics for the fishery would be really, really appreciated. we dont allow fishing poles in our matches.
